Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any prior experience to enroll?
+No prior experience is required for our beginner courses like Blender Fundamentals. We welcome complete beginners and will guide you through every step of your learning journey. For intermediate and advanced courses, some basic 3D knowledge is recommended.
What software do I need to purchase?
+For most courses, we provide educational licenses for the software used. Blender is completely free, and we have educational partnerships for Maya, 3ds Max, and other professional software. You'll receive detailed software requirements upon enrollment.
Are classes available online or only in-person?
+We offer both in-person classes at our Toronto location and online classes via live streaming. Online students receive the same quality instruction and personal attention as in-person students. Hybrid options are also available for maximum flexibility.
What computer specifications do I need?
+Minimum requirements include a modern processor (Intel i5 or AMD equivalent), 16GB RAM, and a dedicated graphics card with 4GB VRAM. We provide detailed hardware recommendations for each course. Our lab computers are available for students who need them.
Do you offer job placement assistance?
+Yes! We provide career services including portfolio reviews, interview preparation, and connections to our network of industry partners. Many of our graduates have found positions at leading studios in film, games, and architectural visualization.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
+We offer a satisfaction guarantee with a full refund available within the first two weeks of the course if you're not completely satisfied. After this period, pro-rated refunds are available based on our refund policy outlined in the enrollment agreement.
